We are Edmax Coffee, a registered and licensed Grower Marketer in Kenya. A 3rd generation family of coffee enthusiasts who produce, process, market and sell our own brand of coffee across the value chain from microlots, to roasted whole bean & ground packaged coffee, to a well-balanced brewed cup of craft coffee.
OUR
Background
We sustainably produce our coffee on the foothill slopes of the Arberdare ranges at an altitude of 1800 M A S L. Here the weather is favorable for cultivating Arabica coffee. We grow the following varieties; SL28, SL34 and Ruiru 11 which have bright, floral and fruity notes which are depicted in every single delicious cup. In the farm we ensure the quality of good agricultural practice is well observed and followed through the farming seasons for a good harvest.
Our 2019/2020 harvest got a cupping score of 86 points. We further value add the coffee beans by skillfully roasting, grinding and packaging for sale.

We intend to promote solid criteria on coffee by promoting practices of sustainable coffee farming, encouraging the education of the consumer and we also intend on increasing local consumption of coffee
